HDPE Buttfusion Welding Machine is a device specially used for hot-melt butt welding of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) plastic pipes. The principle is to heat two pipe ends to a designated temperature, and then fuse them together by application of sufficient force. HDPE Buttfusion Welding Machine heats the end of the pipe to melt it, and then quickly cools it to achieve a firm connection between the pipes. The use of this equipment makes the connection of PE pipes more reliable, able to withstand higher pressure and temperature, and suitable for various occasions requiring high-pressure fluid transmission. The machine is suitable for pipes with a diameter of less than or equal to 160mm. For pipes with a diameter greater than 160mm, the electric fusion welding method is applicable, and the HDPE ElectroFusion Welding Machine is used for operation.
1. Clean the interface ends of pipes and fittings.
2. Plane the connection surface of the pipe and fittings, check the connection surface of the pipe end, and ensure that the gap does not exceed 0.3mm.
3. The pipes and fittings should be on the same axis, and the misalignment should not be greater than 10% of the wall thickness.
4. Place the heating tool between the two connection surfaces. Let the pipe on the Buttfusion Welding Machine approach the heating tool and apply a certain pressure until it melts to form a smooth and symmetrical flange along the entire outer circumference of the pipe.
5. After heating, the connecting piece should be quickly separated from the butt connection heating tool, and use uniform external force to make it fully contact to form a uniform flange, and the flange hardness reaches a certain degree.
