HDPE Butt Fusion Equal Tee is mainly used to connect PE pipe systems. Through a hot-melt butt connection, it ensures that the reliability and strength of the connection are higher than the pipe itself.

HDPE Butt Fusion Equal Tee refers to the branch diameter of this tee being the same as the main pipeline diameter of this tee, which means three ends of the tee have the same diameters. An HDPE Butt Fusion Equal Tee is used to split a HDPE pipe into two outlets at right angles to the end of the original pipe or to add an outlet to a HDPE Pipe.

Application

HDPE Equal Tee is a type of PE pipe fitting, which is mainly used to change the direction of the fluid, especially where the main pipe needs to branch. The outer diameter of HDPE Butt Fusion Equal Tee is the same as the outer diameter of the PE pipe. When connecting, the end faces of the PE pipe and PE pipe fittings are hot-melted by the HDPE Buttfusion Welding Machine, and then butt together to ensure the reliability and strength of the connection. This connection method is suitable for PE pipes with larger diameters and is mainly used in the main pipes of tap water supply. Because its outer diameter is generally 110mm and above, a hot-melt butt connection is convenient and reliable.
