All PE butt fusion fittings are made of PE100 material, and the specified SDR value pipe must correspond to the same SDR value pipe fitting during welding. It is unacceptable to use a butt fusion joint with a different SDR grade than the pipe.
1. Material
HDPE Butt Fusion 90 Degree Elbow uses polyethylene PE material, which has strong acid and alkali resistance and corrosion resistance and can meet the connection needs of various pipes. PE material also has good elasticity and toughness, which can avoid problems such as pipe deformation and rupture.
2. Process
First, cut and groove the two pipe-end faces to be connected, and butt the two pipe-end faces while ensuring that the groove is good, and set the temperature and time of the HDPE Buttfusion Welding Machine heating head according to relevant parameters. After the heating head heats the pipe interface, it softens and forms a liquid state, and the two softened pipes are combined by pressurization to form an integral connection. After waiting for the joint to cool, the connection of the hot melt elbow is completed.
