Installation steps

Install HDPE coupling fittings precautions

1. In the heat fusion socket connection, the heating temperature can not be too high, or too long, the temperature is best controlled at 210 ± 10 ℃, otherwise, it will cause the fittings extruded within the melted slurry to be too much to reduce the water through the inner diameter; socket fittings or pipe interfaces should be clean, otherwise, it will cause the socket to disconnect the leakage; at the same time, pay attention to the control of the fittings of the angle and direction, to avoid causing rework.

3. 5. In the pipeline pressure test process, the following points should be noted: the length of the pipeline pressure test section should depend on the site-specific conditions; for the pipeline without node connection, the length of the pressure test section should not be greater than 1500m, there are nodes of the pipeline section pressure test length should not be greater than 1,000m; before the test, it should be isolated from participating in the test of the system equipment, instrumentation, and piping accessories, such as removing the safety valve, etc.; in addition, the addition of the part of the blind There should be obvious marking and record; test, the ambient temperature shall not be lower than 5 ℃, the pipeline test pressure should be set to 1.5 times the design pressure; water injection should be drained of air.

6. During the pressure-maintaining period, it is forbidden to move the connection or apply any external force on the connection. When the pipe fittings and pipes are at the gap in the formation of the uniform flange, it proves that electrofusion is qualified.

7. After installation, a water test and air pressure test should be carried out to confirm that there is no leakage, and then fix the pipeline firmly.
