PVC polyvinyl chloride plastic pipe and valve connection
1. If the valve is a valve with internal thread, the PVC Male Adaptor connector should be used. One end of the transition connector has an external thread and the other end is a socket that can be bonded with the PVC pipe.
2. If the valve is a screw valve, the PVC Female Adaptor transition joint should be used. One end of the transition joint has internal threads, and the other end is a socket that can be bonded with the plastic pipe.
3. If the valve is a Flange valve, the PVC pipe and valve connection should be connected by PVC Flange. The connection between the PVC pipe and the flange can be bonded, and the valve can be bolted.
PE pipe and valve connection:
1. If the valve is a valve with internal thread, it should use a transition joint with external thread, one end of the transition joint has external thread, and the other end is a socket that can be hot-melted with PE plastic pipe.
2. If the valve is a screw valve, it should use a transition joint with internal thread, one end of the transition joint has internal thread, and the other end is a socket that can be hot-melted with PE plastic pipe.
3. If the valve is a flange valve, the PE pipe and the valve should be connected by a flange connection. The connection between the plastic pipe and the flange can be made of a hot melt connection.
Installation steps
1. Determine the flow direction of the fluid: Before installing the stop valve, you first need to determine the flow direction of the fluid. This can be determined by looking at the design drawings of the pipeline or consulting a professional. Make sure the fluid flows from top to bottom, which can reduce fluid resistance and make opening the valve easier.
