1. Pipe diameter classification: Tee fittings can be divided into equal-diameter tees and reducing tees. The pipe ends of equal-diameter tees are the same size, while the pipe ends of reducing tees are the same size, and the pipe ends of branch pipes are smaller than those of main pipes.

The raw plastic particles need to be put into the hopper first, and then the plastic particles are transported to the screw through the automatic conveying system. The screw heats and plasticizes it, and then the molten plastic is put into the injection molding mold, and finally, the injection molding process of the tee is formed.
Tee pipe fittings with larger diameters, such as tees with a diameter of 1200mm, are usually made by turning thick-walled pipes. This processing method can ensure the precise size of the pipe fittings and can customize pipe fittings with non-standard diameters. During the processing, the size and wall thickness of the pipe fittings can be adjusted according to specific needs. The thickness can be selected from sdr11, sdr13, sdr13.6, sdr17, sdr21, sdr26, sdr33, or higher to meet different usage scenarios.
